Welcome to SoundScribe ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our SoundScribe application ("App").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Audio Recordings SoundScribe allows you to record and import audio files for transcription. All audio recordings are:

• Stored locally on your device only
• Never uploaded to our servers
• Never shared with third parties
• Completely under your control

2.2 Transcription Data When you transcribe audio, the transcription is processed using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework. Your transcriptions stay on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your transcription content.

2.3 Purchase Information If you subscribe to SoundScribe Pro or make in-app purchases:

• All transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple

2.4 Advertising Data Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Through AdMob, the following data may be collected by Google:

• Coarse location (based on IP address)
• Device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier / IDFA)
• Product interaction data (such as ad views and ad clicks)
• Crash data and performance data (for diagnostics and SDK improvement)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to or control over the data collected by Google AdMob.
